How It Works

To attest your Russian Documents, we will require both the original certificate and a copy of your passport. 

1. Send your documents over to our UK office.
2. They’ll be sent to Moscow, Russia, where typically four things will happen:
   • The document will be sent to the Ministry of Justice where a stamp of authentication will be applied.
   • Then, your document will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where another stamp will be applied.
   • Thirdly, your document will be sent to the relevant country's Embassy , where a Certificate of Legalisation will be added to the front page.
   • Finally, your document will be translated if necessary from Russian into the native language of the country it is being attested for, and then notarised so it’s ready for use.
3. We’ll have the attested document(s) sent wherever you need, anywhere in the world.

This basic process structure is the same across the board, though there can be some differences depending on the type of document you're trying to attest. For example, in the case of a Degree Diploma, it is often necessary to send the original copy of the completed degree to us before it can be attested. If it isn't possible for you to get the original copy though, it isn't a problem.  We can help you legalise the copy of the Diploma, though there will be an extra charge.
